Make sure you have enough product and inventory to support the demands of the kickoff to the Holiday season. If you promote a product or advertise an offer that drives customers to your location, be sure to have enough to last for hours, not minutes.
Assuming this isn’t your first year in business, you should use previous year sales figures as a guide to gauge product flow during the season. Also, follow trend reports for your industry to see what’s being predicted as sales drivers for your business to be as prepared as possible for the most hectic time of time of the year.
Double-check your inventory of product and supply of coupons (and other promotional pieces). Make the necessary accommodations to have enough of each to offer your customers.
